We exist to protect animals who fall through the cracks.

JUMR Foundation responds to the rising crisis of lost, abandoned, and roaming cats and dogs affecting our communities. As shelters overflow and neighborhoods face fear, frustration, and preventable loss, we provide rescue, medical care, reunification, responsible rehoming, appointment and 1st aid transport, sanctuary protection, and spay and neuter solutions that protect animals and restore peace of mind.

Founded on compassion, responsibility, and realism, JUMR Foundation was created to offer more than temporary rescue. We focus on long term care, stability, and dignity for animals who need ongoing support due to age, trauma, medical needs, or circumstances beyond their control.

Our work includes:

• Rescue, intake, and safe transport
• Reuniting lost pets with their families
• Responsible rehoming and adoption support
• Sanctuary care for animals who cannot be placed
• Vaccinations, spay and neuter, microchipping, medical care, monthly preventatives, and daily enrichment

We operate with transparency and intention, partnering with individuals, fosters, veterinarians, and community supporters to ensure every animal receives consistent, compassionate care. Every decision we make centers on safety, quality of life, and doing what is truly in the best interest of the animal.

We are more than a rescue. This is a commitment to lifelong safety, dignity, and care.

CATS & DOGS RESCUE SANCTUARY

Local shelters and rescues across Atlanta and Metro Atlanta counties remain overwhelmed, leaving lost, abandoned, and surrendered cats and dogs without safe placement options. JUMR Foundation is developing a permanent, home-based sanctuary model to bridge this gap and provide structured, long-term solutions.

We are raising $150,000 in startup capital to secure land and position the organization for construction financing of up to 5,000 square foot or larger sanctuary on a minimum of two acres, with a long-term goal of five to ten acres. These funds will support land acquisition, required deposits, loan preparation, closing costs, and essential site readiness.

The planned JUMR Sanctuary will be a fully secured, low-stress environment designed to prioritize safety, dignity, and long-term care. Features will include climate-controlled indoor and outdoor areas for cats and dogs, dedicated medical and recovery spaces, sanitation systems, monitored security, and sustainable infrastructure such as solar support and water management systems.

The sanctuary will strengthen community capacity by stabilizing at-risk animals when shelters are full, supporting reunification efforts, preparing animals for responsible adoption, and providing lifelong refuge for those who cannot be successfully placed. A dedicated Mobile Animal Transport and First Aid Stabilization Unit will support veterinary access, spay and neuter compliance, emergency response, and safe transport for rescue and adoption events.

Your support helps build a structured, sustainable sanctuary where animals receive consistent care, medical compliance, and long-term protection.

The JUMR Sanctuary is not just a place for animals. It is a solution for people too.

Michael T., West Metro Atlanta
